Delivery Policy
After payment is received, we aim to process and dispatch your order on the same working day if placed during our shop opening hours. Orders placed after closing will usually be dispatched the next working day. We dispatch orders between Monday and Saturday only.
Please note that we are closed on Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd January and therefore orders placed on these days will take longer than usual to be dispatched.
UK Standard Delivery
Standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2–4 working days.

Please note that at busy times of the year Royal Mail may experience delays.
UK Express Delivery
If you need your order sooner, choose Royal Mail Tracked 24, which should arrive within 1–3 working days.

Some heavier or bulkier items may incur slightly higher delivery charges:

Free Local Delivery & Click & Collect
For customers within a 10km radius of our shop, we offer free local delivery, typically on the same or next working day.
We also provide free Click & Collect – shop online and collect your order in-store at your convenience.
If you’d like a specific delivery date (for example, for a gift or birthday), please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Overseas Delivery
We’re happy to arrange delivery outside the UK. Please email info@simplyrye.co.uk or call 01797 223683 to discuss international shipping options and costs.
Gift Wrapping
All orders are wrapped in tissue paper as standard. If you’d like us to include a personal message or add extra touches, leave a note at checkout or email us directly. We’re also happy to handwrite a message in any greetings card you add to your order.
