Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can email us at info@simplyrye.co.uk or call 01797 223683 to arrange a return or exchange.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags still attached

  • In perfect, resaleable condition

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending your return.

Refunds & Credit Notes

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund.
Sale items are non-refundable, but we can offer a credit note for the same value.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will reimburse your postage costs.
